Hehe, I really don’t know why I am posting this, but I was having a flick through my photos and I found these two taken at my ‘the sisters’ graduation.
It never fails to make me chuckle. All I can say is ‘darn’ to that woman for making my nose look really long by sitting behind me! It really is funny isn’t it (?)… well I think it is ;) It’s also fairly early on in my transition into vintage.
Sorry Sis... but I like the pic so there! |
As for the hair- well, this was taken a few years ago now, when I only use to set my hair at the front (for every day)- don’t have a clue why, lazy I guess, but looking back I sure now wished I had made more of an effort!.
I remember getting some very funny looks that day from ‘the normals’, but I s’pose I did look rather colourful in a bright green trouser and bolero suit against all the black….. I quite liked the outfit at the time (obviously, otherwise I wouldn’t have worn it) but unfortunately the trousers are no more.
Hey ho what a random post… It’s the lack of knitting that’s making me post such things- boredom!

The absence of wool and needles does strange things to a girl's mind, but those are lovely photos, especially the first one xx
ReplyDeleteJust discovered your blog, so lovely! Your outfit looks so cute. I haven't been brave enough myself to wear super obviously vintage, vintage out in the world yet ;) Haha, I know what you mean about not having any knitting. I have projects I'm itching to start but don't have the yarn for yet :)
ReplyDeleteWow .. you and your sis look like twins. Are you?
ReplyDeleteYou look great by the way, even the hair! ;)
Your hair looks amazing even without the back being set, I could never do something like that. And the first photo is hilarious, teehee! x
ReplyDeleteYou look lovely! You and your sis look quite alike. I look nothing like my sister...she is blonde with curly hair, tall, and skinny :-/ oh well xx
ReplyDeleteI like your hair like that! Ha ha, can't believe that random woman ruined the nose pic like that. I've got a few like that from my wedding, usually someone's hat 'growing' from my head as I'm so short! :)
